As a wedding photographer in Florence, I had the incredible privilege of capturing Sera and Jared’s unique celebration—a wedding that beautifully blended Korean elegance and Scottish tradition. Their special day took place at the stunning Villa Corsini in Mezzomonte, a dream venue nestled in the Tuscan hills just outside Florence, offering breathtaking views and a magical setting for an outdoor ceremony.
The bride, Sera, was radiant in her bridal gown, while Jared, dressed in a traditional Scottish kilt, brought his heritage to life. The emotional journey to the altar was accompanied by the hauntingly beautiful sound of a Scottish bagpipe, played live by a member of a musical group. This same musician later introduced the couple into the villa’s dining hall for an intimate reception, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Following the ceremony, the festivities continued in the villa’s gardens. The full live music group performed traditional Scottish dance tunes, creating an atmosphere of joy and connection as guests joined the newlyweds for spirited dances.
